Processing Times

  • Glosses & products: 1 business days

  • Online training kits: 5–7 business days

  • Pre-orders ship based on estimated release dates

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days
    (Shipping time begins after your order is processed.)

Tracking

A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update if elected.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We cannot modify addresses once the order is submitted.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address:

You may choose:
✔ Reship (customer pays reship fee)
✔ Refund for product cost (shipping is non-refundable)

Returned / Unclaimed Packages

If the carrier returns a package to us as “unclaimed,” “undeliverable,” or “return to sender,” you may request reshipment (customer pays reship fee).
